ZEO – A Seamless Experience for Food, Delivery & Growth
ZEO is a purpose-built eCommerce application tailored for a fast-paced, food-driven ecosystem. Designed to serve customers, drivers, and restaurant owners, ZEO brings together clean visuals, smart interactions, and role-specific flows—delivering a connected experience that feels smooth, modern, and empowering.
My Approach
The goal behind ZEO was to unify three very different user journeys into one cohesive product: browsing and ordering for customers, real-time delivery tools for drivers, and sales management for restaurants. ZEO is more than a food app—it’s a scalable platform that supports everyday orders, efficient logistics, and business growth.
Vision and Innovation
ZEO uses modular UI components and adaptive layouts to serve multiple roles. With clean typography, vibrant color coding, and motion-based feedback, each user type gets a custom-fit experience. Whether browsing meals, accepting delivery jobs, or managing incoming orders, ZEO feels fast, focused, and polished.
Identifying Unique Challenges
Designing for three roles meant balancing clarity, speed, and role-specific needs. Each user had different goals:
Customers need simplicity, visuals, and easy checkout.
Drivers require real-time tracking, quick updates, and map integrations.
Restaurant owners need dashboards, order control, and performance insights.
ZEO handles this through:

Resolving Complex Problems
The key challenge was creating a unified app that never feels overloaded. To solve this, we built:

Optimized layouts for all devices (especially mobile-first)

Sticky CTAs for food ordering and delivery confirmations
